Hi, I’m Sammy, the heart behind Well-Balanced Wellness. My journey into massage therapy started with a simple curiosity about the human body and a desire to help my loved ones feel better. But what began as a learning experience quickly grew into a deep passion for healing, balance, and wellness.

At Well-Balanced, I don’t believe in giving the same massage routine to every client. Every session is customized to what your body needs in that moment. My approach blends deep tissue techniques with a gentle, body-listening method—going deep slowly to ease tension without causing unnecessary discomfort. I take the time to truly understand my clients, working with their nervous systems to create a lasting sense of relief.

Beyond massage, I’m a lifelong learner, always seeking new ways to support my clients. I have a deep love for traditional healing practices, particularly those rooted in Asian cultures and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). My time living in Vietnam for 1.5 years only deepened my appreciation for holistic approaches to wellness.

Outside of work, you’ll find me traveling, practicing yoga, and exploring nature. My ultimate goal is to help people feel at home in their bodies—not just through massage, but through a well-rounded approach to wellness. As Well-Balanced grows, I hope to offer even more healing modalities, from herbalism to shiatsu and visceral massage.
